YouTube content, produced and posted for you
Our ambassadors make Shorts and long-form for YouTube. We brief them, score every cut against your guidelines, and publish from brand-dedicated accounts we warm up first. You buy a guaranteed number of views at a contracted CPM — a floor we owe you every month, not a target we aim at.
- Shorts + long-form
- Both formats, briefed for the surface they run on. Vertical hooks for the Shorts shelf, paced walkthroughs for the watch page.
- 8,000+
- Vetted micro-creators across 60+ countries, matched to the real-life profile of your customer. Not influencers.
- 24 hours
- Once your brief is in we open the campaign, ambassadors start applying, and video can be with you in as little as a day.

Every brand wants YouTube. Almost nobody runs it at volume.
Your job is one strategy call. Ours is everything after it.
Two different production jobs
Shorts and long-form are two different production jobs. Both need a brief, both need review, and both need a credible account to post from. Most brands end up with one channel, a handful of uploads, and no way to add volume without adding headcount.
Fluencify is a service instead
Agencies charge 20–40% commissions, take weeks to deliver and hand you a spreadsheet at month end. Fluencify is a service instead: one strategy call from you, and we run everything after it — briefing, sourcing, quality review, account warm-up, posting and payouts — against a view floor we have contracted to hit.
One service. The whole channel.
- 01.
Campaigns briefed and launched for you, from competitor and trend data across 700,000+ indexed videos
- 02.
Shorts and long-form briefed as two separate jobs, not one asset resized
- 03.
Brand-dedicated accounts, warmed up to the 200-view gate before a deliverable ever lands on them
- 04.
Every cut scored against your brand guidelines in Review mode before it reaches you
- 05.
Uploading, titling, scheduling and channel hygiene handled by our team, not yours
- 06.
Ambassador contracts, bonuses and payouts run automatically and compliantly
- 07.
10 to 5,000+ videos a month, with the first cuts ready in as little as 24 hours
- 08.
Full usage rights built in — run the same cuts as paid creative with no extra licensing
From one call to published video. Five steps, that is all it takes.
The only thing we need from your team is step one.
- 01.
Tell us your goals
One onboarding call. Product, audience, targets, brand guidelines, and whether YouTube is carrying Shorts, long-form or both. That is the last required work on your side.
- 02.
We build your programme
Briefs built on competitor and trend data from 700,000+ indexed videos, matched to your campaign and to the right creators from 8,000+ vetted ambassadors across 60+ countries. Shorts and long-form are scoped as separate jobs.
- 03.
Creators produce, we control quality
Cuts come in and every one is scored against your guidelines in Review mode, judged next to a chosen reference video. Campaign videos are reviewed within 48 hours. Anything that does not pass goes back with notes and never reaches you.
- 04.
We distribute everything
Approved cuts publish from brand-dedicated YouTube accounts our team runs. Every account clears its 200-view warm-up gate before it is allowed to carry a deliverable, so your campaign never launches from a cold channel.
- 05.
You see results, we scale what works
Views, CPM and per-ambassador tracking codes, live as they land. We double down on the creators, hooks and lengths that perform. Volume grows; the work on your side stays where it was after step one.

A Short is not a long-form video with the edges cropped.
Shorts
Volume, reach and the top of the funnel
Vertical, sound-on, and briefed to be understood in the first two seconds. Shorts are where an ambassador programme adds volume quickly, and where a hook can be tested against a dozen variants in a single cycle.
- 01Hook-first briefs, several variants per cycle
- 02Shot natively vertical, never a landscape cut with the sides removed
- 03The winning hooks carry straight into your paid creative under the same usage rights
Long-form
Consideration, and the part that keeps working
Reviews, walkthroughs, comparisons and honest first-week diaries. Long-form is where a considered product gets explained properly, and where the same upload keeps being found months after the campaign cycle closed.
- 01Scripted from your brand guidelines, not improvised around them
- 02Titles, descriptions and scheduling handled by our team on the posting account
- 03Watched end to end in review — a claim at minute four is still a claim
Nothing posts from a cold account.
Before an account carries a single deliverable for you, it goes through warm-up. It posts on its own, it gets watched, and it has to clear a view gate. Until it does, the campaign does not reach it — the deliverable simply is not assigned.
That is why your brief lands on a channel with a history behind it rather than an account created the morning of the launch. We run the warm-up; you see the gate move in the campaign view.
- YouTube view gate
- 200 viewsWhat a brand-dedicated YouTube account has to reach in warm-up before it can be assigned a campaign deliverable.
- The strictest gate we hold
- 1,000 views on TikTokGates differ by channel. TikTok's is the highest, so in practice it is the one that decides when a set of accounts is ready to go.

YouTube has no ad-authorization code. That is how the channel works.
On some channels a creator can issue an authorization code that lets a brand run the creator's own post as an ad, from the creator's handle. YouTube has no equivalent mechanism. There is no code to request, none to chase, and no expiry date sitting on your media plan.
So amplification here runs the other way round. Full usage rights are part of the deal from the start, so every cut we deliver can be uploaded and promoted directly — by your team, or by ours on the accounts we run. The creative is identical. What changes is that nothing is waiting on a creator to grant permission after the fact.
We would rather say this plainly than let a campaign get planned around a code that YouTube does not issue.
Where a code exists
Request it. Chase it. Watch it expire.
An authorization code has to be issued by the creator, applied by the advertiser, and renewed before it lapses. It is real work, and it is work we do on the channels that use it.
On YouTube
Nothing to collect. The rights are already yours.
You run the cut from your own uploads and your own paid placements. No licensing round, no negotiation, no code-gated window closing on a Friday.

Views are what we guarantee. Outcomes are what we optimise.
Your contracted CPM sets the view floor we owe you each month. Underneath it we work the funnel: click-through, signups, installs and CAC.
Per-creator attribution
Every ambassador carries their own tracking code
So the question stops being “did YouTube work” and becomes which ambassadors, which hooks and which lengths actually drove signups rather than impressions.
Incrementality
We model what would have happened without us
A baseline fitted on confirmed pre-campaign days, with your own paid ad spend entering as a control — so signups your media budget bought are never counted as ours.
How certain we are
One lift number, always with its band
A 95% confidence interval travels with the figure. We need 28 days of clean history before quoting lift at all, and 56 before we call it full confidence.
And what we will not claim.
A day nobody collected is a gap, never a zero
A fabricated zero is indistinguishable from a genuinely quiet day, and it drags your baseline down on evidence nobody gathered.
Social traffic is not lift
Our ambassadors post on exactly those platforms. Counting that traffic as our contribution would be marking our own homework, so we do not bill it.
No control, no claim
If a control could not be established for the period, the report says so on its face and no organic-lift figure in it may be claimed.
You buy views, not videos.
Views guaranteed, every month
One monthly allotment at a contracted CPM
It converts into a guaranteed number of views. The guarantee is a floor, not a target — overdelivery is free and shortfalls roll forward, so you never lose views you have already paid for.
The CPM is benchmarked per client, not read off a rate card. We benchmark real creator accounts in your content niche and set the guarantee below their expected delivery — a floor we can actually sign.
A worked example
$100,000 a month at a $10 contracted CPM
- $100,000 monthly allotment
- ÷ $10 contracted CPM per 1,000 views
- = 10,000,000 guaranteed views a month
That is the whole invoice — creators, production, usage rights, and payouts included.

The questions we get on the call.
Who actually posts the videos on YouTube?
We do. Approved cuts publish from brand-dedicated accounts our team runs, and every one of those accounts has to clear its 200-view warm-up gate before a deliverable can be assigned to it. Your team is not asked to schedule, upload or moderate anything.
Can we run the videos as paid ads?
Yes. Full usage rights are built in — deploy across paid ads and organic social with no extra licensing and no negotiations. YouTube has no creator ad-authorization code to collect, so the cut runs from your own uploads and your own placements rather than through a creator's handle.
How fast can we launch?
Once your brief is in, we open the campaign to vetted ambassadors matching your exact customer profile. They start applying, and your first videos can be ready in as little as 24 hours.
How do you control quality?
Every video is reviewed against your brand guidelines before it reaches you, scored next to a reference video you have chosen. Campaign videos are reviewed within 48 hours. Anything that does not pass goes back to the ambassador with notes. Nothing gets through that does not pass.
How does pricing work?
You buy views, not videos. One fixed monthly allotment at a contracted CPM converts into a guaranteed number of views. The guarantee is a floor rather than a target — overdelivery is free and shortfalls roll forward. The CPM is benchmarked against real creator accounts in your niche, not read off a rate card.
How is this different from an agency?
Agencies charge 20–40% commissions, take weeks to deliver and hand you a spreadsheet at month end. We are a full-service team running the programme end to end: one monthly allotment for a guaranteed number of views, no markup, at a volume no agency can match.
One call. Then we run YouTube for you.
Tell us the product, the audience and the number you need to hit. We come back with a contracted CPM and the view floor behind it.
