TikTok UGC without the operations
You buy views, not videos. One monthly allotment at a contracted CPM converts into a guaranteed number of views — a floor we owe you, not a target we hope for. On TikTok that means we source the ambassadors, warm up brand-dedicated accounts, write the briefs, review every video, post it and pay everyone. Your team sets the direction.
- 8,000+
- Vetted ambassadors, matched to your customer profile
- 60+
- Countries, so local TikTok reads local
- 10–5,000+
- Videos a month, the same way at either end

Buying TikTok the usual two ways
Both leave you carrying the operations, and neither one owes you a number at the end of the month.
An agency: slow and opaque
Agencies charge 20–40% commissions, take weeks to deliver, and hand you a spreadsheet at month end. On TikTok, where a format is worth having for about as long as it stays fresh, weeks is the whole opportunity.
A login: the work lands on you
Self-serve marketplaces hand your team a to-do list — write briefs, chase creators, sit in review queues, coordinate posting, reconcile payouts. Nobody there has signed up to owe you views.
A service: your job is one strategy call
Fluencify is a service, not a login. We run the TikTok program end to end — and unlike an agency, the month closes against a view floor we contracted to deliver, with creators, production, usage rights and payouts already inside it.
From one call to TikToks going live
Five steps. Your first videos can be ready in as little as 24 hours once the brief is in.
- 01.
Tell us your goals
One onboarding call. Product, audience, targets, brand guidelines, and the contracted CPM your allotment converts at. That is the last required work on your side.
- 02.
We build your program
Briefs built on competitor and trend data from 700,000+ indexed videos, matched to your campaign and to the right ambassadors from 8,000+ vetted creators across 60+ countries.
- 03.
Creators produce, we control quality
Videos come in and every one is scored against your guidelines before it reaches you. Anything off-brand goes back with change requests. Nothing that fails review gets posted.
- 04.
We distribute everything
Approved videos post from brand-dedicated TikTok accounts we warm up and manage. Hundreds to thousands of native videos, live without anyone on your team lifting a finger.
- 05.
You see results, we scale what works
Views and CPM run live against the floor we owe you, with click-through, signups, installs and CAC underneath. We double down on the ambassadors and formats that carry; your workload stays at zero.

Brand-dedicated accounts, warmed up before anything branded posts
Your campaign does not land in the middle of somebody's personal feed. Each ambassador runs an account dedicated to your brand, and that account has to prove it can actually reach people before it earns the right to post your videos. We run that arc; you never touch it.
The videos are yours to run as ads
Usage rights are inside the monthly allotment — paid ads and organic social, nothing to license afterwards and nobody to renegotiate with. On TikTok we also collect the ad authorization code alongside the deliverable, so your media team can run the ambassador's post from the ambassador's own handle.

How warm-up works on TikTok
The view gate on TikTok is 1,000 views. It applies to warm-up videos only, it is what decides whether an account qualifies, and your own deliverables are never subject to it.
- 01.
Engagement days first, then posting days
The warm-up arc opens with days of engagement and no posting at all, then one warm-up video per posting day. Its only purpose is to prove the account is alive and reaching people.
- 02.
Warm-up videos are unbranded, and they are on us
No #ad, no brand ask, and they never come out of your allotment. Warm-up is funded by Fluencify, not by the client — it is the cost of arriving with an account that works.
- 03.
TikTok is the bar that decides
The view gate is a single check: did the post reach its threshold inside the window after it went live? On TikTok that threshold is 1,000 views, and TikTok's verdict is the one that qualifies an account. On Instagram and YouTube the bar is 200, low enough only to screen out dead posts.
- 04.
Accounts that stall go back to warm-up, not to you
A daily health check watches live accounts for suppressed reach and over-posting. The correction is more warm-up, handled quietly on our side, and if an account is burned the ambassador starts a fresh one.
- 1,000
- Views a TikTok warm-up post has to reach, inside the check window, for the account to qualify
- 200
- The same gate on Instagram and YouTube — set low enough only to screen out dead posts
- 0
- Warm-up videos billed to your allotment. Fluencify funds them, and your deliverables are never view-gated
You buy views, not videos
One fixed monthly allotment at a contracted CPM, converted into a guaranteed number of views on TikTok. There are no tiers to pick and no rate card.
- $100,000
- Monthly allotment, one invoice
- ÷ $10 CPM
- Contracted, per 1,000 views
- = 10,000,000
- Guaranteed views for the month
A floor, not a target
The guaranteed view count is the minimum we owe you for the month. Overdelivery is free — a video that runs is not an upsell.
Shortfalls roll forward
If a month lands short, the missing views carry into the next one. You never lose views you have already paid for.
Benchmarked, not a rate card
We benchmark real creator accounts in your content niche and set the guarantee below their expected delivery — a floor we can actually sign, on your niche rather than an average.
What the one number covers
Briefing, sourcing, vetting, creator management, account warm-up, product seeding and shipping, quality review, approvals, scheduling, posting, moderation, ad authorization codes, payouts, usage rights, reporting, renewals and escalations. That is the whole invoice.
Same channel, three very different months
In-house, an agency, or a service that signs for a view floor. The work is the same; only one of the three owes you a number.
| In-house | An agency | Fluencify | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who writes the briefs | Your team, between everything else | The agency, on the agency's calendar | Us, off competitor and trend data from 700,000+ indexed videos |
| Whose account it posts from | Your brand handle, or whoever you can persuade | Usually the creator's personal feed | Brand-dedicated accounts we warm up first |
| Time to the first video | However long casting takes | Weeks | As little as 24 hours once the brief is in |
| Quality control | A review queue in your team's inbox | A deck at the end of the month | Every video scored against your guidelines before it reaches you |
| What the invoice covers | Freelancers, product, shipping and your team's hours, separately | Production plus a 20–40% commission on top | One monthly allotment — creators, production, usage rights and payouts included |
| What is actually guaranteed | Whatever the algorithm gives you that month | A number of deliverables, not a result | A view floor at your contracted CPM — overdelivery free, shortfalls roll forward |
We model what would have happened without us
Views are what we guarantee. Outcomes are what we work. Every ambassador carries a tracking code, so click-through, signups, installs and CAC read per creator — and the measurement underneath is built to survive scrutiny, including ours.
Your own ad spend is a control
Signups your own paid budget bought are held out of the model rather than quietly counted as ours. A coefficient that would flatter us is refused outright.
We don't mark our own homework
Traffic that arrives from social is not claimable as lift — our ambassadors post on exactly those platforms. Branded search is treated as corroboration, never as the claim.
No number without its band
One canonical lift figure per report, and it never ships without its confidence interval. If your own survey and our model disagree, the report leads with the range, not the flattering end of it.
A day nobody collected is a gap, not a zero
Missing days are named in the report instead of being filled with a fabricated zero that would drag your baseline down with evidence nobody collected.
- 28 days
- Of clean history before we will quote a lift figure at all
- 56 days
- Before we are willing to call that figure full confidence
- 180 days
- Backfilled the moment you connect PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, AppsFlyer or Search Console
What brands ask us about TikTok
The questions that come up on the first call.
Do your ambassadors need a TikTok following?
No. Influencers charge for their audience; UGC creators charge for their content. Our ambassadors are micro-creators who match the real-life profile of your ideal customer — no talent managers, no agency retainers. They don't need a following to make videos that convert, and that is exactly why they are more cost-effective at scale.
Why do accounts have to warm up first?
Because a brand-dedicated account that posts an ad on its first day reaches nobody. Warm-up is engagement days followed by unbranded posting days, and on TikTok a warm-up post has to clear 1,000 views inside the check window for the account to qualify. Those videos are funded by us, never billed to you, and your own deliverables are never view-gated.
Can we run the videos as paid ads?
Yes. Full usage rights are built in — paid ads and organic social, no extra licensing and no negotiations. On TikTok we also collect the ad authorization code alongside the deliverable, so your media team can run the ambassador's post from the ambassador's own handle without going back to ask.
How fast can we launch, and how much volume?
Once your brief is in we open the campaign to the vetted ambassadors who match your ICP. They start applying, and your first videos can be ready in as little as 24 hours. Programs run anywhere from 10 to 5,000+ videos a month, and the process is the same at either end.
How do you control what gets posted?
Every video is reviewed against your brand guidelines before it reaches you. Anything off-brand goes back to the creator with change requests rather than into your inbox. Nothing that fails review gets posted.
What does a month cost?
One monthly allotment at a contracted CPM, which converts into a guaranteed number of views. There are no tiers and no rate card — the CPM is benchmarked against real creator accounts in your niche. Creators, production, usage rights and payouts are all inside that one number.
Who do you work with?
Consumer apps, AI tools, fintech, ed-tech, DTC, dating and wellness brands.
One call. We take TikTok from there.
Tell us the product, the audience and the target. We come back with the program, the ambassadors, and the view floor we are willing to sign for it.
