Post a creator job where creators look for work.
Your job gets its own page on Fluencify, shows up in Google's job search, and can sit on your own site as a "Become a creator" box. Creators apply with a trial video. You choose who joins.

Durable creator campaign
Durable · Business
Short videos for TikTok and Instagram.

On Durable's site
One job, three places creators find it.
You set the campaign up once. Every place below updates from it, and closes when it does.
Google's job search
Your job shows up as a remote job in the countries Google covers, like the US, UK, Germany, France and Spain. Sweden isn't covered yet.
Fluencify's job pages
A page for the job and one for your brand, listed on every hub that fits: your niche, your platforms and each country you hire in.
Your own site
One script tag adds a "Become a creator" box to any page. Creators who sign up from it go straight to your newest campaign.
Your rates stay private.
The public page sells the job, not the deal. Pay, the brief and who you're looking for only show to creators who sign up.

How it works
Set up the campaign
Sign up and tell us what you want made, on which platforms, and which countries you hire in.
We list it
Your job page goes live and Google is told about it. Your brand page and the hubs update on their own.
Creators apply, you choose
Creators sign up and send a trial video. You admit the ones you want, and they start making videos.
Add it to your own site.
Paste one line where you want the box. It fits any width, follows light and dark mode, and sends sign-ups to your newest campaign.

What does a creator see before signing up?
Your brand, what the job is, where creators post and which countries it's open in. Your rate, brief and requirements show only to creators who sign up.
Do creators need followers?
No. On posting jobs they post on new accounts set up for your brand, so every creator starts from zero. On creation jobs you post the videos yourself.
What if we only hire in Sweden?
Google's job search doesn't run in Sweden yet. Your job still gets its Fluencify page, normal search results and the box on your site.
Can we take a job down?
Yes, any time. The page says the job has closed, drops out of job search, and search engines are told it's gone.
