Creative for paid, with the rights and the plumbing already handled

One monthly allotment at a contracted CPM, converting into a guaranteed number of views. Creative for paid comes out of that same allotment — we produce it, we clear the rights, and we handle the ad-code plumbing behind it.

Full usage rights built in. Deploy across paid ads and organic social.

No extra licensing. No negotiations. Rights are part of the allotment, not a line item you renegotiate per asset — creators, production, usage rights and payouts are all inside the one invoice.

  • Paid ads

Every approved video can carry spend. TikTok, Instagram and Facebook placements are covered by the same rights from the moment the deliverable is approved, and YouTube creative is covered when you upload it to your own channel.

  • Organic social

The same file also runs as an organic post from the accounts we manage. One asset, both jobs, and no second clearance between them.

  • No extra licensing

There is no per-asset licence to buy and no usage window to top up later. Rights are settled once, inside the monthly allotment, for everything the allotment produces.

  • No negotiations

Nothing goes back to a creator or a talent manager for permission. Ambassadors agree the terms when they take the brief, so the answer is already yes by the time you want to spend.

Where the ad product issues a code, we collect it. Where it doesn't, we say so.

Ambassadors deliver across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook — Meta is a channel we produce creative for, not only a place spend comes back from. A creator ad-authorization code is a property of the ad product, not of the channel: TikTok and Instagram issue one, YouTube does not. Worth knowing before you plan a flight.

  • 01.

    TikTok — Spark Ads

The ambassador issues an ad-authorization code against the specific post. You run that post from your own ad account as a Spark Ad, with the creator's handle and their existing engagement still attached to it. Fluencify requests the code as part of the deliverable, not as a follow-up email after the fact.

  • 02.

Instagram — partnership ads, 60-day validity

Instagram issues a partnership-ad code — the ones prefixed adcode- — and it is valid for 60 days. That window is the part programmes lose track of. Fluencify holds the code against the asset it belongs to and treats the 60-day validity as a fact about the asset, not a diary entry.

  • 03.

    YouTube — no code mechanism

YouTube has nothing equivalent to a Spark Ads code or an Instagram partnership code. There is no creator-issued authorization to collect, so there is none to promise you. Brands amplify YouTube creative by uploading the asset to their own channel and running it from there — the same rights that cover every other placement make that legitimate. What differs is the ad-product plumbing, and we would rather write that down than imply every channel behaves the same way.

Paid accounts don't run out of budget. They run out of variants.

A testing plan needs more angles than a handful of creators can shoot. The ambassador network is sized so a variant set is a real spread of faces, formats and hooks.

Nothing off-brand ever carries spend.

Every video is scored against your brand guidelines in review before it reaches you. Only approved work reaches an ad account, and it arrives with the rights already attached.

The angles come from what is already working.

Hooks, formats and cuts are read off the feed as they happen, not guessed at in a kickoff deck. Your variant set is briefed against what is landing this week, so the first round of paid creative starts from evidence.

We read spend. Only spend. And we say where it landed.

Fluencify ingests ad spend from Meta Ads and TikTok Ads and matches each line back to the specific creative behind it, by the ad's Instagram media id or its TikTok item id.

  1. 01.

    Spend arrives

From Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. Amounts only — what an ad cost, on which day, in which account.

  2. 02.

    The creative is named

Each line is matched to the asset behind it through the ad's Instagram media id or TikTok item id.

  3. 03.

    It becomes a control

Your own paid spend enters the measurement model as a control, so signups your money bought are not booked to us.

An ad bills once its creative is proven. Not before.

In an ad account Fluencify runs, spend becomes billable only when that ad's creative is proven to reference a registered asset. Where the proof is missing, the spend is excluded from the period and a person resolves it. Billed-with-a-flag does not exist.

  • What passes

An ad whose creative resolves to an asset we produced and registered, through its Instagram media id or TikTok item id.

  • What is held

Everything else. Unresolvable spend is excluded from the period and named, pending a human decision — never quietly included with a warning attached.

  • Why it matters

A guard that fails open is not a guard. Failing closed is the only version of this that survives an audit of your own numbers.

  • Not read, therefore not claimed

Impressions, clicks, CTR and platform conversions are not read from your ad account, so none of them appear in a Fluencify number. Anything funnel-shaped in your reporting came from your own analytics source.

  • Built, not battle-tested

TikTok ad-spend ingestion has never read a live advertiser. The connection is written; the contract is not yet confirmed against a real advertiser account. Treat it as a capability under proof rather than a reference.

You buy views, not videos.

One fixed monthly allotment at a contracted CPM, converting into a guaranteed number of views — a floor, not a target, with overdelivery free and shortfalls rolling forward. The paid-ads creative comes out of that same number, rights included.

  • $100,000 a month at a $10 contracted CPM

$100,000 monthly allotment ÷ $10 contracted CPM per 1,000 views = 10,000,000 guaranteed views. That is the whole invoice — creators, production, usage rights and payouts included. Running the same files as ads adds nothing to it.

  • The CPM is set against your niche, not off a price list.

We benchmark real creator accounts in your content niche and set the guarantee below their expected delivery — a floor we can actually sign. There are no tiers to choose between and nothing to configure.

  • Everything inside the allotment

Briefing, sourcing, vetting, creator management, product seeding, quality review, approvals, scheduling, posting, moderation, ad-code collection, payouts and reporting. Fluencify is a service, not a seat you log into — the dashboard is where you watch it happen; the work is ours.

Your job is one strategy call.

Ours is everything after it — including the parts of a paid-ads programme that usually land on a media buyer's desk.

  1. 01.

    Tell us your goals

One onboarding call: product, audience, targets, brand guidelines, and which ad accounts the creative has to work in. That is the last required work on your side.

  2. 02.

    We build your program

Briefs built on competitor and trend data from 700,000+ indexed videos, matched to your campaign and to the right ambassadors from 8,000+ vetted across 60+ countries.

  3. 03.

    Ambassadors clear the trial railway

Before an ambassador films for your brand, they submit a trial video, pass admission, and go through warm-up. What lands in front of you is never a first attempt. They are picked to match the real-life profile of your customer — not influencers, no talent managers.

  4. 04.

Deliverables arrive, we hold the quality bar

Every deliverable is scored against your guidelines in review mode before it goes anywhere. Only approved work reaches an ad account, and full usage rights come attached the moment it does — paid and organic, no extra licensing, no negotiations.

  5. 05.

We distribute, and we collect the codes

Approved videos post across the accounts we manage. Where the ad product issues a creator authorization code — TikTok Spark Ads, Instagram partnership ads — it arrives with the deliverable rather than as a chase.

  6. 06.

You spend, we read it back

Ad spend from Meta Ads and TikTok Ads comes back matched to the creative behind it, and enters the measurement model as a control so signups your own money bought are never booked to us.

  7. 07.

Unproven spend is held, not billed

In an ad account we run, an ad bills only once its creative is proven to reference a registered asset. Anything that cannot be resolved is excluded from the period and named for a person to settle.

  8. 08.

Ambassadors are paid, the month is reported

Payouts run across 60+ countries without a finance ticket on your side, and the month's delivery is reported against the guaranteed floor of views — overdelivery free, shortfalls rolling forward.

Questions a paid team asks first

The ones a media buyer asks before the first flight.

01.

Can I run paid ads with the content?

Yes. Full usage rights are built in. Deploy across paid ads and organic social, with no extra licensing and no negotiations. The rights are settled inside the allotment, so putting a file behind spend does not reopen a commercial conversation.

02.

Do I get an ad-authorization code for every video?

Where the ad product issues one, yes. TikTok gives a Spark Ads authorization code against the specific post. Instagram gives a partnership-ad code — the ones prefixed adcode- — valid for 60 days. YouTube has no equivalent mechanism, so brands amplify by running the asset from their own channel instead.

03.

What happens if an ad's creative can't be matched?

In an ad account we run, that ad only bills once its creative is proven to reference a registered asset. Where the proof is missing the spend is excluded from the period and named for a person to resolve. Billed-with-a-flag does not exist.

04.

Do you run our ad accounts, or do we?

Either works. Where Fluencify runs the account, the billing guard applies and unproven spend is excluded rather than billed. Where you run it, we still read spend back from Meta Ads and TikTok Ads — amounts only — and match it to the creative behind it, so your own money enters the measurement model as a control.

05.

Who actually films the creative?

Vetted ambassadors — micro-creators who match the real-life profile of your ideal customer. Not influencers. No talent managers, no agency retainers. There are 8,000+ of them across 60+ countries, and every one clears a trial video and admission before your brand appears on a brief.

06.

How does pricing work?

You buy views, not videos. One fixed monthly allotment at a contracted CPM converts into a guaranteed number of views — a floor, not a target, with overdelivery free and shortfalls rolling forward. The CPM is benchmarked against real creator accounts in your niche rather than read off a rate card, and creators, production, usage rights and payouts are all inside it.

07.

How is this different from a creative agency?

Agencies charge 20–40% commissions, take weeks to deliver, and hand you a spreadsheet at month-end. Fluencify is a full-service team: one monthly allotment for a guaranteed number of views, no markup, at a volume no agency can match — and between 10 and 5,000+ videos a month, with your first videos ready in as little as 24 hours.
