Payouts fully automated and compliant
Every creator on your programme is contracted, paid and settled by Fluencify. It happens inside the monthly allotment you already bought — so there is no payout run, no per-creator invoice, and nothing for your finance team to reconcile.

You buy views, not videos. The payouts are already in the price.
One fixed monthly allotment at a contracted CPM converts into a guaranteed number of views, and everything it takes to produce those views sits inside it — including every payout to every creator.
$100,000 monthly allotment
The whole invoice: creators, production, usage rights and payouts. There is no rate card, and no line item that arrives later.
÷ $10 contracted CPM per 1,000 views
The CPM is benchmarked per client against real creator accounts in your niche, rather than taken off a price list.
= 10,000,000 guaranteed views a month
The guarantee is a floor, not a target. Overdelivery is free, and shortfalls roll forward into the next month.
Not every payout is yours to pay.
A creator programme pays out for more than the videos you commissioned. Several of those payments are ours, funded out of our margin, and they never reach your invoice.
Campaign videos
In your allotment. Each approved video pays the campaign's per-video rate. The ambassador is paid once they finish the full quota they signed up for, so a half-delivered campaign is never billed as a whole one.
Trial video
Fluencify pays. Before an ambassador is admitted to your campaign they film a trial video we judge them on. It pays a flat amount, the same on every campaign — our activation payment, not a video you were charged for.
Warm-up videos
Fluencify pays, additional to your allotment. Non-branded posts an ambassador makes on their brand-dedicated account to prove it is alive and reaching real people, before they may post anything for you.
Performance bonuses
Fluencify pays. Views on a posted video are counted a set number of days later, and the highest milestone it reached sets the bonus. It rewards creators for reach you have already been credited with.
Boosted examples
Fluencify pays. When one execution is clearly working, we pay a multiple of the per-video rate to get more ambassadors replicating it. The multiple is fixed the moment they submit, so ending the boost never cuts a video made under it.
Referral bonuses
Fluencify pays. An ambassador who brings another creator in is paid once that creator completes their first campaign. It arrives as its own payout, on its own trigger, at the amount promised when the code was shared.
Usage rights
No extra charge. Full usage rights are built into the agreement the ambassador signs — deploy across paid ads and organic social, with no extra licensing and no negotiations.
Signed before anyone films.
Paperwork is where creator programmes usually leak. Ours is a step nobody can skip, on both sides, with a record you can point at afterwards.
Your side: one agreement
A service agreement with Fluencify, signed as a proper e-signature envelope — plus an ecommerce addendum where the programme puts your product in creators' hands. That is the complete set of documents you sign.
Their side: a signed acceptance
Ambassadors accept the ecommerce terms in the app — read to the end and tap, or draw a signature. Each acceptance stores the exact terms version and the moment it happened. Bump the version and everyone accepts again.
Changes need a fresh yes
If a campaign's terms move mid-flight, we raise an amendment with the reason and the before-and-after on it. It applies only to the creators who accepted it; everyone else keeps the deal they agreed to.
Warm-up is paid for by us, never billed to you.
Before an ambassador may post anything branded, they warm up a brand-dedicated account with unbranded videos. That is real work, and it is really paid for. We fund all of it, we settle it once at the end of the arc against rules the creator was shown up front, and your allotment is untouched. The posts still show in your analytics badged as warm-up, and stay out of the guarantee meter and out of every money report.

A creator who can see their money doesn't chase it.
Every ambassador has a Payouts tab in the Fluencify app: an earnings chart scaled to the last 7 days, the last 30 or all time; an “On the way” projection of what their live campaigns will pay when they finish them; and every payment they have ever received from us, each carrying its own plain-English status. It is the reason payout questions never land on your desk — the answer is already in their hand, and when it isn't, they ask us.

Six steps, none of them yours.
This is the path every creator payment takes, from a signed agreement to money in a creator's account. Your team appears at none of these steps — contracts, rates, payouts, bonuses, usage rights, identity checks, tax paperwork, product seeding, shipping, disputes and escalations are all ours to run.
The agreement is signed
No ambassador films anything before they have accepted terms in the app — a read-to-the-end acknowledgment or a drawn signature, recorded against a version. Bump the version and every creator re-accepts before they can continue.
The work is reviewed
Nothing pays for a video that did not pass. Every video is scored against your guidelines before it reaches you, and a video still in review, or one that was declined, earns nothing.
The campaign is completed
The campaign payout fires on completion of the full quota the ambassador took on. Partial delivery, a withdrawal, and a trial we declined all pay zero — you are never charged for a programme somebody walked away from.
Risk signals are checked
A payout is held only when a signal is present — a re-used account, an unusually large amount, a first payment. A hold delays release, it is never a clawback, and it lifts by itself once the post has stayed live.
Identity is verified
Our payments partner is the merchant of record and onboards the creator at claim time, with identity checks that step up with the amount. Neither you nor your finance team ever handles a creator's bank details.
The creator is paid
Money goes out automatically — no minimum, nothing for the creator to set up in advance. The first time, they get a claim email and it takes about a minute. After that it simply arrives.
The status a creator sees is the status we see.
No vague “pending” that means five different things. Each state says what is actually happening and who, if anyone, has to do something.
Processing
The money has left us and is on its way to them through our payments partner.
Queued
Lined up and waiting its turn to be sent.
Under review
We are double-checking this one before releasing it. Nothing is needed from the creator, and it is a delay, never a reversal.
On hold
Something is stuck on our side. We say exactly that, rather than telling a creator a reviewer is looking at money nobody is looking at.
Claim payout
Their money is waiting at our payments partner. The first claim takes about a minute; after that, payments simply arrive.
Payout questions, answered.
The ones that come up before the first campaign starts.
Do we ever pay a creator directly?
No. Every ambassador is paid by Fluencify. There is no creator on your vendor list, no per-creator invoice to approve, and no payment run on your side. Your only bill is the monthly allotment you already agreed to.
What exactly is inside the allotment?
Creators, production, usage rights and payouts. One fixed monthly allotment at a contracted CPM, benchmarked per client rather than taken off a rate card. The guarantee is a floor, not a target — overdelivery is free and shortfalls roll forward.
Are we billed for warm-up videos?
No, and this is the one worth reading twice. Warm-up videos are unbranded posts a creator makes on their brand-dedicated account before they may post anything for you, and we fund every one. They show in your analytics badged as warm-up, and stay out of the guarantee meter and out of every money report.
When does a creator actually get paid?
On completion. The campaign payout fires once the ambassador finishes the full quota they took on; partial delivery, a withdrawal, and a trial we declined all pay zero. Money then goes out automatically, with no minimum and nothing for them to set up in advance.
Who handles identity and tax paperwork?
Our payments partner, as merchant of record. Creators are onboarded and identity-checked when they claim, with the checks stepping up as amounts do. Nothing about a creator's bank details or tax status touches your systems.
Can we run the videos as paid ads without paying again?
Yes. Full usage rights are built in. Deploy across paid ads and organic social, with no extra licensing and no negotiations — the rights came with the same agreement the creator accepted before they filmed.
How is this different from paying an agency to do it?
Agencies charge 20–40% commissions on top of what the creators are paid, take weeks to deliver, and hand you a spreadsheet at month end. We are a service, not a markup: one monthly allotment, a contracted CPM, and a payout process that never becomes your problem.
Your job is one strategy call. Ours is everything after it — payouts included.
Tell us your product, your audience and your targets. We contract the creators, run the programme and pay everybody, inside the number you signed.
