Campaigns you never have to run.
We are a service, not a tool you log into. We run the whole campaign lifecycle — brief, Activate, invites, the trial railway, quotas, cycles — against one monthly allotment at a contracted CPM that converts into a guaranteed number of views. A floor, not a target.

A control panel is still work with a login.
Self-serve platforms hand you a builder and call it empowerment. What arrives is a queue: write the brief, pick creators, chase the quiet ones, approve videos, coordinate posting. Agencies take the work away and charge 20–40% for it, then send a spreadsheet at month-end. We run the campaign; what comes back to you is the proof.
Fluencify is neither
We are a service. Campaign operations sit with us — every one of them — and what comes back to you is proof of delivery, not a to-do list.
There is no campaign builder on your side
Brands cannot create, edit or duplicate a campaign in Fluencify. Not gated behind a plan, not on a roadmap — deliberately absent.
Ours: brief, roster, review, rollover, payouts
Brief and campaign setup, ambassador sourcing and the roster, quality review and admission, cycle rollover and payouts. Every campaign operation is run by our team, and none of it is ever handed back to you as work.
Yours: direction, products, team, contract
You set the direction, keep your product catalogue current, invite your colleagues and sign the agreements. That is the whole list.
Ten deliberate transitions, none of them yours.
This is the actual path a Fluencify campaign runs, in our own vocabulary — because these are the words our operators and our ambassadors use every day.
- 01.
Brief
We write it — built on competitor and trend signal from 700,000+ indexed videos, matched to your product, your audience and the guidelines you gave us on the call.
- 02.
Activate
The single deliberate transition from draft to active. Six things lock at once — total videos, ambassador requirements, posting requirements and platforms, ambassador selection, visibility and cost — and the invites go out in the same action.
- 03.
Invite
A pre-admission enrollment with three origins: ambassadors we select at Activate, a newly onboarded ambassador choosing you from their matches, or an application through a Discovery campaign.
- 04.
Trial railway
One flow, identical whichever way they arrived — intro, celebration, what a trial is, the example they must match, upload, success. Only the entry button differs: Accept if we invited them, Apply if they found you.
- 05.
Trial video
The first video, filmed before they ever touch your product. It does not count toward quota and it is not billed to you. We review it within 24 hours, and Fluencify funds the trial payout out of our own margin.
- 06.
Admission
The decision on that trial video. Admitting turns the Invite into an active enrollment; declining ends it. Our reviewers make the call — you have no queue to clear.
- 07.
Warm-up
A dedicated account is warmed before anyone posts for you, gated on real views — 1,000 on TikTok, 200 on Instagram and YouTube. We fund it, and none of it carries your brand.
- 08.
Deliverables against a quota
The video budget is the campaign's single source of truth: ambassadors multiplied by videos each, stamped at creation. Per-ambassador quotas are allocated out of it and can never sum past it. Every submission is scored against your guidelines and reviewed within 48 hours.
- 09.
Filled — derived, reversible
Derived, not pressed: active enrollments have reached the target. The campaign leaves Discovery and blocks new accepts, then un-fills on its own when someone withdraws.
- 10.
Finish or Continue
Finish ends the campaign once the paid-post budget is spent: unconsumed reserved credit goes back to you, every open enrollment closes, and only ambassadors who completed their full quota are paid. Continue does the same, then reopens the Keepers, tops up the budget and extends the end date.
What Activate locks.
Everything before Activate is soft. At Activate six things become facts at once, and the invites leave. It is the moment your programme stops being a plan.
- 01.
Total number of videos
The video budget is stamped once — ambassadors multiplied by videos each — and every per-ambassador quota afterwards is allocated out of that number.
- 02.
Ambassador requirements
Gender, age range and languages. We match micro-creators to the real-life profile of your customer, so this is the shape of the roster, not a filter you tune later.
- 03.
Posting requirements and platforms
What has to appear in the video, and where the finished post goes. Creation-only and creation-and-posting campaigns diverge here.
- 04.
Ambassador selection
Who we invite. This is the only Invite origin that starts at invited — the invites leave in the same action, so Activate is also the send button.
- 05.
Campaign visibility
Whether the campaign stays with the ambassadors we picked, or opens to Discovery so matched ambassadors can apply into it themselves.
- 06.
Campaign cost
Nobody renegotiates mid-flight — later cycles top the budget up at a rate agreed before a single invite went out.
Five ways in, and no invalid ones.
Distribution is a pair: what the product is, and how the ambassador gets it. There are exactly five valid pairs, and a combination that would not work is not expressible in the first place.
Digital: individual promo codes or links
A pool of unique codes or links, assigned to each ambassador automatically. Every creator carries their own tracking code, so click-throughs, signups and installs come back attributed to a person rather than to a campaign average.
Digital: one shared promo code or link
A single code or link every ambassador uses. Simplest to stand up when your systems cannot mint codes at volume, at the cost of per-creator attribution.
Digital: free product or free access
Instructions only — sign up on the website for a free account, say. The access step on the railway becomes a tappable card pointing wherever you send them.
Physical: you ship the product
You ship to the ambassador's saved address. Paste a tracking number — we detect the carrier — and we follow the parcel to a photo-backed pickup confirmation.
Physical: 100%-off codes
Ambassadors claim the real product themselves with a unique 100%-off code, so your warehouse never packs a single parcel. Both physical routes need the Ecom Addendum signed once.

Home, as a brand sees it — Analytics, Attribution, Insights, and the next report already scheduled.
A campaign that keeps running.
A long-lived programme does not restart every month. It runs successive cycles on the same campaign — same brief, same accumulated roster, same history — each with its own budget top-up and its own completion-gated payouts. Top performers get more of your allotment; underperformers are rotated out. Nothing about either is yours to do.

The vocabulary of a long-running campaign.
Four words do most of the work once a campaign runs past its first month. These are the ones our operators use, and the ones you will hear on every call.
Cycle
One month of the programme on the same campaign entity, with its own video budget and its own curated roster.
Keeper
An ambassador we carry into the next cycle because their delivery earned it. Everyone else closes out.
Cycle rollover
A Keeper's still-pending videos carry forward automatically. No per-video picking, by anyone.
Continue
Hard-closes the current cycle exactly as Finish does, reopens the Keepers, tops up the budget and extends the end date.
Receipts, not controls.
While we run the campaign, everything we do lands somewhere you can check it. Six surfaces, and every one answers a question about work already done — never asks you to do some.
Home
Views today against yesterday, the guarantee balance, the roster pipeline, top posts and top creators. Every number carries its own data-through date, so nothing averages a lie across four scrape tiers.
Campaigns
The list, then Overview, Roster and Posts per campaign: contribution to the goal, who delivered, and everything published.
Gallery
Every post across every campaign, filtered by provenance rather than by hoping a cleanup job ran — approved links and manual reposts only. Open one for its metrics, caption, view history and ad code.
Creators
Everyone who has actually posted for you, with videos, views and breakouts. Creators means who delivered — not who you could hire.
Products
Your own catalogue — name, URL, image, retail value — feeding the physical campaigns we run. This one you do edit.
Settings
Invite a colleague, connect the analytics and ad accounts that let us deduct your own paid spend, sign your agreements.
What a campaign page shows, by state.
A campaign does not look the same on day one as it does in month three, and we would rather the dashboard said so than filled the gap with a chart.
- 01.
In warm-up
Pipeline counts only, and copy that says so. We would rather show you an honest not yet than a chart of nothing.
- 02.
Active
The full picture: contribution to the goal, videos, views, engagement, daily views over time, top posts.
- 03.
Completed
A read-only archive that does not decay. What ran, who delivered, what it earned you.
You buy views, not videos.
Every campaign on this page is run against one number: a fixed monthly allotment at a contracted CPM, which converts into a guaranteed number of views. We carry the risk of hitting it.
A worked example
A $100,000 monthly allotment ÷ a $10 contracted CPM per 1,000 views = 10,000,000 guaranteed views.
That is the whole invoice
Creators, production, usage rights and payouts included. No commission on top, and nothing else to buy.
A floor, not a target
Overdelivery is free. If a month lands short, the shortfall rolls forward instead of evaporating — allotments stack, so you never lose views you paid for.
Benchmarked, not a rate card
We benchmark real creator accounts in your content niche and set the guarantee below their expected delivery — a floor we can actually sign. Your CPM is yours.
Warm-up never counts
Warm-up reach shows in your analytics totals but never against the guarantee meter. We do not bill you for proving an account is alive.
Trials never count either
The trial video is not billed to you and does not consume quota. Fluencify funds the trial payout out of our own margin, whether we admit the ambassador or not.
Six things you cannot do here.
Most of these are what a self-serve competitor would sell you hardest. We took them out on purpose — here is what happens instead.
Approve every video before it goes out
We review every video against your guidelines first, and nothing that fails reaches you. If you want eyes on submissions we can switch client video review on for your brand — it gives you visibility and two actions, Approve and Request changes. It is never a veto, and your programme never queues behind an inbox.
Browse a creator directory and pick people
There is no searchable creator database, and there will not be one under a new name. We match micro-creators to the real-life profile of your ideal customer out of 8,000+ vetted ambassadors across 60+ countries. In your account, Creators means who delivered for you.
See what each creator costs
No per-creator CPM, no payout data, no pace rings. You see delivery and performance — videos, views, average views, breakouts — and we carry the creator economics. Effective CPM exists at campaign level, always beside your agreed rate.
Message the creators yourself
There is no creator inbox on your side, because creator communication is part of the work you hired us for. Feedback, chasing, escalation and the request-changes loop are ours. You talk to us, in Slack.
End or renew a campaign on a whim
Finish and Continue are ours to run, because both move money: releasing unconsumed reserved credit, closing enrollments, paying only completed quotas, topping up the next cycle. Tell us the direction and we execute it properly.
Pick a plan and top up credits
There is no plan picker, no credit balance to babysit and no self-serve billing anywhere in your account. There is one contracted allotment, benchmarked to your niche, and one invoice with everything in it.
Running the campaign, answered.
The questions brands ask most about how a Fluencify campaign actually runs, and who does what.
Who actually runs the campaign?
We do. Briefing, Activate, invites, the trial railway, admission, quality review, distribution, posting and payouts. Your job is one strategy call; ours is everything after it.
How fast does a campaign start delivering?
Once your brief is in we open the campaign to vetted ambassadors matching your exact customer profile. They start applying, and first videos can be ready in as little as 24 hours.
What exactly happens at Activate?
Six things become fixed in one action — total videos, ambassador requirements, posting requirements and platforms, ambassador selection, campaign visibility and campaign cost — and the invites go out. Before that, a draft can be saved with nothing but a name.
What if an ambassador drops out halfway?
The campaign un-fills on its own and the seat reopens. Ambassadors are paid on completion, so a withdrawal or a partial quota pays zero and never reaches your invoice.
How does the product get to the creators?
One of five ways: you ship it, they claim it with a 100%-off code, individual codes or links, one shared code, or free access with instructions. Physical routes need the Ecom Addendum signed once, and after that we run the shipping, the tracking and the pickup confirmation.
Is there anything I have to review?
No. Every video is scored against your guidelines before it reaches you and nothing that fails gets through. We can switch client video review on if you want eyes on the work — delivery still never waits on you.
Your job is one strategy call. Ours is everything after it.
Tell us the product, the audience and the targets. We will come back with the brief, the ambassadors, the distribution route and the CPM we are willing to guarantee.
