A short, specific pitch for the brand you want to work with.

Tell it what you make and why a brand fits you. It writes the email, three subject lines and a follow-up for the week after.

Only things the brand can check. Leave it empty rather than guess.

Free. No account needed to try it.

How it works

A pitch email has one job: get a brand to reply. The ones that get replies are short, specific to that brand, and end with one clear ask.

This generator writes that first email from what you tell it: the brand, what you make, why you fit, and any real work you can point to. It adds three subject lines and a shorter follow-up to send if you hear nothing back.

What it uses

Only what you type into the form. Your answers are sent to an open-weight language model run on Cloudflare Workers AI, with instructions Fluencify wrote for this tool. It uses no Fluencify campaign or pay data.

We do not keep what you type. So that a repeat request does not run the model again, the result is cached for up to seven days under a fingerprint of your answers, and then it is gone. It never invents results, numbers or claims: where a fact is missing, it leaves a placeholder in square brackets for you to fill in.

Step by step

  1. Fill in the brand and what you make. The more specific you are about why this brand fits you, the better the email.
  2. Press Write my pitch.
  3. Replace the placeholders in square brackets, pick a subject line and send it from your own email.
  4. Want a different version? Press Try again.

Product you want to feature

TikTok
Why this brand fits you
I have used their cleanser every morning for a year
Work you can point to

What comes out

  • Subject: A first video for Glow Theory's lip mask
  • Hi Glow Theory team, I have used your cleanser every morning for a year, so this pitch comes from a real customer.
  • I make 30-second skincare routines on TikTok for people with sensitive skin. I'd love to make a first video showing your overnight lip mask in my evening routine: how it goes on, how it feels the next morning, and whether it's gentle enough for skin like mine.
  • Could you send me a brief, or tell me who looks after creator partnerships? I'm happy to share examples of my work.

Questions

Is the pitch email generator free?

Yes. Use it as often as you like; there is a short cooldown if you send a lot of requests in a row. Saving your pitches needs a free account.

Should I send the email exactly as written?

Treat it as a strong first draft. Replace the placeholders, check every detail about the brand, and change anything that does not sound like you.

What should I put under Work you can point to?

Anything a brand can check: a link to a video you made, a brand you have made content for, or a post that did well. If you have none yet, leave it empty and the email will offer examples instead of inventing any.

When should I send the follow-up?

About a week after the first email, if you have not heard back. One follow-up is enough; after that, move on to the next brand.

Where do I find brands to pitch?

Start with brands you already use and talk about. On Fluencify, brands post gigs for UGC creators, so you can apply instead of pitching cold. Sign up free to see them.
