About Sleep Cycle

Tracks your sleep and wakes you gently in your lightest sleep phase.

Sleep Cycle is an app that tracks your sleep with your phone and wakes you with a smart alarm during your lightest sleep phase, so you wake up feeling rested instead of groggy. Sleep Cycle works with creators who share their own nights and mornings: night routines, sleep tracking and wake-ups.
