We build the roster around your customer.
Fluencify is a full-service team. We source the ambassadors, vet them, match them to your campaign, and run the roster all the way through production, quality review, distribution and payout.
We source them
Ambassadors come to Fluencify directly through our own app — 8,000+ of them across 60+ countries. No talent managers, no agency retainers, no outreach on your side.
We vet them
Interests, languages, location and content types are captured at onboarding. Then every ambassador films a trial video, judged against a chosen example, before they can join a campaign.
We match them
Your campaign goes to the ambassadors whose stated interests fit it. They don't need a following to make videos that convert — they need to look like your customer.
We run them
Your side of it is one strategy call and the admission decision. Everything between those two points is ours — underwritten by a contracted CPM that turns your monthly allotment into a guaranteed number of views.
Nobody joins your roster by default.
Being in the network is not the same as being on your campaign. Five things happen between an ambassador signing up and their first branded video for you, and two of them are decisions — one ours, one yours.
- 01.
Onboarding in the app
Ambassadors sign up in the Fluencify app and tell us who they are: interests, location, languages, the kinds of content they make. Later they add UGC experience and a short portfolio. Follower count is never asked for, because it is never the qualification.
- 02.
Matched to campaigns they can actually join
We rank the campaigns that are open to them right now — live, still taking people, eligible on their profile — by how well their stated interests overlap the brief. The top card is a claim about position, the best of what we are offering them, not a confidence score dressed up as a percentage.
- 03.
The trial video
Before anyone touches your product, they film one video against an example chosen from your brief — with a similar product they already own if yours is physical, or your landing page and store listing if it is digital. It does not count against your quota and it is not billed to you. Fluencify funds it out of its own margin.
- 04.
Admission — your call
Our video intelligence model watches the trial against the same example, scores it and pre-seeds a recommendation, which a human confirms in review. Then it comes to you. Admitting turns the trial into an active enrolment on your campaign; declining ends it there and costs you nothing.
- 05.
Warm-up on a brand-dedicated account
Every admitted ambassador opens an account dedicated to your brand and warms it up: engagement days first, then a run of unbranded posts that has to prove the account is alive and actually reaching people. Warm-up videos are funded by Fluencify, not by you. Only once the account clears its view bar do branded videos for you start.
Micro-creators, not influencers.
Ambassadors match the real-life profile of your ideal customer. Influencers charge for their audience; UGC creators charge for their content. Ours don't need a following to make videos that convert — which is exactly why they stay cost-effective at scale.

A roster, in motion, in real time.
You see every ambassador matched to your campaign and exactly where each one stands — trial in, admitted, warming up, posting, done. We run the roster and keep it moving. The one call that is yours sits right on it.

You buy views, not videos.
One fixed monthly allotment at a contracted CPM converts into a guaranteed number of views. The guarantee is a floor, not a target — overdelivery is free and shortfalls roll forward, so you never lose views you have paid for.
A worked example
A $100,000 monthly allotment ÷ a $10 contracted CPM per 1,000 views = 10,000,000 guaranteed views.
That is the whole invoice
Creators, production, usage rights and payouts included. No commission on top, and no per-video line items to reconcile.
Overdelivery is free
Beat the floor and every extra view is yours at no extra cost.
Shortfalls roll forward
You never lose views you have already paid for.
Benchmarked, not listed
We benchmark real creator accounts in your content niche and set the guarantee below their expected delivery — a floor we can actually sign. The CPM is set per client, never read off a rate card.
Everything the allotment covers
Sourcing, vetting, matching, briefing, creator management, product seeding, shipping, quality review, approvals, scheduling, posting, moderation, payouts, reporting, renewals, escalations and usage rights.
An ambassador is not an influencer with a smaller audience.
Influencers charge for their audience. UGC creators charge for their content. Our ambassadors don't need a following to make videos that convert — which is exactly why they stay cost-effective at scale, and why the guarantee is written in views rather than posts.
- 01.
What you pay for
An influencer sells you their audience; a UGC creator sells you their content. You buy views from us, at a contracted CPM.
- 02.
Following required
For an influencer it is the whole product. We never ask an ambassador for one — they need to look like your customer, not carry a crowd.
- 03.
Who finds them
With influencers it is you, or an agency taking 20–40%. Here, sourcing and matching are part of the service.
- 04.
Who checks the work
An influencer's work is left to the creator; hired UGC lands on your desk unreviewed. Every ambassador video is scored against your guidelines before it reaches you.
- 05.
Usage rights
Negotiated post by post with an influencer, licensed separately from a UGC creator. Built in here — paid ads and organic, no extra licensing, no negotiations.
- 06.
After the campaign
Both of those end, and you start again. Keepers carry into the next cycle — no repeat trial, no re-warming the account.
About the network.
The questions we get asked most about who the ambassadors are, how they get onto your roster, and how fast it moves.
Who are your creators?
We call them ambassadors. Micro-creators who match the real-life profile of your ideal customer. Not influencers. No talent managers. No agency retainers. No expensive rates.
How many are there, and where?
8,000+ vetted ambassadors across 60+ countries. How many end up on your campaign depends on the volume you have contracted — anywhere from 10 to 5,000+ videos a month.
Do I get to choose who works on my brand?
You make the decision that matters. We match your campaign to the ambassadors who fit it, they apply, and each one films a trial video against an example taken from your brief. You admit or decline on the strength of that video. Building and running the roster is our side of the deal.
What is the difference between UGC and influencer marketing?
Influencers charge for their audience. UGC creators charge for their content. Our ambassadors don't need a following to make videos that convert. That's exactly why they're more cost-effective at scale.
How do you know an ambassador can actually make the video?
Because they make one before they are admitted. The trial video is judged against an example chosen from your brief, and it costs you nothing — it never counts against your quota. After admission the same standard holds: we review every video against your brand guidelines before it reaches you, and nothing gets through that doesn't pass.
How fast can the roster be up?
Once your brief is in, we open the campaign to the ambassadors matching your exact ICP. They start applying, and your first videos can be ready in as little as 24 hours.
Your job is one strategy call. Ours is everything after it.
Tell us your product, your audience and your targets. We match the ambassadors, run the roster and sign a view floor against it.
