Brand deal contracts are usually written by the brand. Most clauses are routine, but a few decide whether you keep control of your content, when you are paid, and what you cannot do for months afterwards.
The checker reads the contract you paste and flags wording that deserves a second look: rights that never end or cannot be taken back, ownership moving to the brand, exclusivity, payment that waits on approval, unlimited revisions, indemnities, and use of your face, voice or likeness, including for AI. It also lists what a creator contract usually covers that it could not find, such as when you are paid and how many revisions are included.

The contract you paste is checked on your device and is not sent to Fluencify.
The rules are patterns Fluencify wrote from the clauses creators most often ask about. They read wording, not intent: they can miss a clause written another way, and flag one that is fine in context. Every flag shows the sentence it found, so you can judge it.

No. It is education: it points at clauses that often matter to creators and explains them in plain English. For a large deal, or anything you are unsure of, ask a lawyer where you live.

The checker reads wording, not intent, so it flags clauses worth a second look even when they are fair in context. The sentence is shown with every flag so you can decide.
Usage rights (where your videos run, for how long and whether as ads), exclusivity, when and how you are paid, revisions, and anything about your face, voice or likeness. Those decide what the deal is really worth.
Ask about it. Terms like these can often be changed: a fixed term instead of forever, a date to be paid, a limit on revisions. Sign up free to keep your checks and find your next brand deal.
