How it works
Many UGC campaigns pay creators by the views their videos get, at a rate per 1,000 views. So a view target turns into a creator budget with one multiplication, as long as you know what rate to multiply by.
This calculator multiplies your target by the range brands on Fluencify paid creators per 1,000 views, from Fluencify's own published pay data, and shows the budget at the 25th percentile, median and 75th percentile rates. It is creator pay only: the result lists what it leaves out, and it is not Fluencify's price.
Which data it uses
The ranges are Fluencify's published pay data, the same numbers as the UGC rates page: what campaigns on Fluencify paid creators per 1,000 views each month, as the 25th percentile, the median and the 75th percentile, with the number of brands, campaigns and creators behind every range. A range is published only when at least 7 brands and 20 creators are behind it and no single brand runs more than a third of its campaigns, so no brand is ever named or can be picked out.
When no range is published for something you pick, the tool uses the most specific range published for your other picks (niche first, then country, then platform), or the one for all campaigns, and says so. Before Fluencify's first month is published it shows no range at all, rather than a number from anywhere else.
What Fluencify charges brands is a different number: one monthly amount at a cost per 1,000 views agreed before work starts, which covers creators, production, usage rights and payouts. These tools never quote it.
The published ranges
Fluencify publishes what brands paid creators per 1,000 views once a month, as ranges with the sample size and the month beside every number, and only when at least 7 brands and 20 creators are behind a range. The first month is on its way.
Until it is published, this tool shows no range and says so, rather than a number from anywhere else. How the ranges are made is on the UGC rates page.
Step by step
- Enter the views you want across the campaign, and how many videos, if you know.
- Pick the platform the videos post on and where you want creators, if it matters to you.
- Press Work out the budget. It is the views divided by 1,000, times each rate of the range.
- Add what the result leaves out, such as product, usage rights and ad spend, before you set the budget.
