Creator outreach message generator

Tell it about your product, the creator's work you liked and what you offer. Get a message, a shorter version and a follow-up, with no fee written in.

This tool is in labs: it works, and we are still testing it. What it makes is yours to keep.

Be specific: creators can tell a copied message from one written for them.

How it works

Creators get a lot of brand messages, and many read like a template. The ones that get replies say what the brand liked about the creator's work, what it wants and what it offers, in a few lines.

This generator writes that first message for email or a DM, plus a shorter version and a polite follow-up for a week later. It asks for one easy next step rather than a commitment.

Which data it uses

Only what you type into the form. Your answers are sent to an open-weight language model run on Cloudflare Workers AI, with instructions Fluencify wrote for this tool. It uses no Fluencify campaign or pay data.

We do not keep what you type. So that a repeat request is quick, the result is cached for up to seven days under a fingerprint of your answers, and then it is gone. It never invents results, numbers or claims: where a fact is missing, it leaves a placeholder in square brackets for you to fill in.

It never writes a fee: where the amount goes, it leaves [fee] for you to fill in. It never promises views, sales or future work, and it describes a gifted-only offer plainly as unpaid.

Step by step

  1. Name your brand and the product you want videos of.
  2. Say exactly what you liked about the creator's content. This is the line that gets read.
  3. Pick what you want, what you offer, where you will send it and a tone.
  4. Press Write my message, fill in the placeholders, and send it from your own account.

  • Hi [creator name], I loved your desk-setup videos, especially the one about staying hydrated at work.

Questions

How do I get creators to reply?

Be specific about their work, clear about what you want and what you offer, and brief. Creators can tell a copied message from one written for them, and naming the offer up front saves both of you a round of questions.

Should the first message say what we pay?

Say whether it is paid, and share the fee when you can: it answers the creator's first question. The generator leaves a [fee] placeholder instead of guessing a number.

Is it all right to offer gifted product only?

It can be, if you say so plainly. The message describes a gifted-only offer as unpaid, so the creator can decide without a back-and-forth.

Do creators have to label the videos as ads?

A paid or gifted post on a creator's own account usually has to be labelled as an ad with the platform's paid partnership label. Check the rules in each country you run in.

Is there a faster way to find creators?
