How it works

Many campaigns on Fluencify pay creators by the views their videos get: the brand sets a rate per 1,000 views, and each video is paid for the views it gets. Knowing what brands paid is the starting point for pricing your own work and for judging an offer.

This calculator shows the range brands on Fluencify paid for the platform, country and brand niche you pick, from Fluencify's own published pay data. Every range comes with the number of campaigns and brands behind it and the month it describes. Enter the views you expect, and it shows what those views would have paid at the low, middle and high end of the range.

Which data it uses

The ranges are Fluencify's published pay data, the same numbers as the UGC rates page: what campaigns on Fluencify paid creators per 1,000 views each month, as the 25th percentile, the median and the 75th percentile, with the number of brands, campaigns and creators behind every range. A range is published only when at least 7 brands and 20 creators are behind it and no single brand runs more than a third of its campaigns, so no brand is ever named or can be picked out.

Your answers stay in your browser: the tool downloads the published ranges and does the arithmetic on your device. Nothing you type is sent to Fluencify; we only count that the tool was used, with the platform and niche you picked.

When no range is published for something you pick, the tool uses the most specific range published for your other picks (niche first, then country, then platform), or the one for all campaigns, and says so. Before Fluencify's first month is published it shows no range at all, rather than a number from anywhere else.

The published ranges

Fluencify publishes what brands paid creators per 1,000 views once a month, as ranges with the sample size and the month beside every number, and only when at least 7 brands and 20 creators are behind a range. The first month is on its way.

Until it is published, this tool shows no range and says so, rather than a number from anywhere else. How the ranges are made is on the UGC rates page.

Step by step

  1. Pick where you post and the country you live in. Add the brand niche if you work with one kind of brand.
  2. Add the views you expect on a video, if you want the arithmetic as well as the range.
  3. Press Show the rates. You see the most specific range Fluencify has published for your picks, and a line for each pick that has no range of its own.
  4. Read the range as the middle half of campaigns: a quarter paid less than its lower figure and a quarter paid more than its upper one.

Questions

How much do brands pay UGC creators per 1,000 views?

On Fluencify, the published ranges answer that for each month, for all campaigns and for each platform and country where enough brands are behind a number. This calculator shows the one for your picks, with its sample size and month, and the UGC rates page shows every one.

Why is there no range for my platform or country?

A range is published only when at least 7 brands and 20 creators are behind it and no single brand runs more than a third of its campaigns. Below that, one brand's rate could be worked out from the number, so the range stays hidden. The calculator then uses the most specific range published for your other picks, or the one for all campaigns, and says so.

Is this what a video of mine would be paid?

Not as a forecast. The range is what campaigns paid per 1,000 views. What a video is paid depends on the campaign's own rate and the views the video gets, so the calculator shows arithmetic on the range, never a promise.

What do the 25th and 75th percentiles mean?

Sort the campaigns by the rate they paid. The 25th percentile is the rate a quarter of them paid at or below, and the 75th the rate three quarters paid at or below. Between the two sit the middle half, and the median is the middle campaign. Fluencify never publishes the lowest or the highest rate, because an extreme is usually one brand.

Where can I see what each brand pays?

Inside Fluencify. The published ranges are aggregates, with no brand named. Sign up free to see what each brand pays and which campaigns you qualify for.
