UGC contract generator

Fill in the deal once and get a plain-English agreement between a creator and a brand. A template to start from, not legal advice.

This tool is in labs: it works, and we are still testing it. What it makes is yours to keep.

This is a template, not legal advice. Laws differ between countries: have a lawyer check it before you rely on it.

How it works

A UGC contract sets out what the creator makes, by when, for how much, and what the brand may do with the videos afterwards. Disputes usually start with something nobody wrote down: how many revisions, who may run the video as an ad, and for how long.

This generator fills a fixed, plain-English template with your deal: the parties, deliverables, fee and payment terms, revisions, usage rights, exclusivity, raw footage, ad disclosure and cancellation.

Which data it uses

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to Fluencify; we only count that the tool was used.

The clauses are a template written by Fluencify; your answers fill in the blanks. Nothing is written by a language model.

Step by step

  1. Say which side you are on, then fill in both names and what will be delivered.
  2. Enter the fee you agreed and choose the payment terms.
  3. Choose revisions, usage rights, how long they last, exclusivity and raw footage.
  4. Press Build my contract, read every clause, then copy it into a document or save it as a PDF and sign it.

  • Deliverables: the creator will deliver 3 TikTok videos, 20 to 40 seconds each, vertical.
  • Payment: half of the fee on signing and half on delivery, each within 14 days of invoice.
  • Usage: the brand may post the videos on its own channels and run them as paid ads for 6 months from delivery.
  • Ownership: the creator keeps the copyright and grants the brand the licence above.

Questions

Is this contract legally binding?

A signed agreement can be, but whether this one is enough depends on your country and your deal. It is a template, not legal advice: have it checked before you rely on it.

What are usage rights?

Permission for the brand to use the videos: where, such as its own channels or paid ads, and for how long. In this template the creator keeps ownership and grants the brand a licence.

What does exclusivity mean?

A promise not to make content for the brand's competitors for a period. It limits the creator's other work, so agree it on purpose and price it in.

Should raw footage be included?

Only if you agree it. Raw footage lets a brand cut new ads from your clips, so treat it as part of the deal, not a favour.

How do we sign it?

Copy it into a document or save it as a PDF, fill in anything missing, and sign it with any e-signature tool you both use.
