Rate card generator

List what you offer and your own rate for each, add your terms, and get a one-page rate card to print or save as a PDF.

This tool is in labs: it works, and we are still testing it. What it makes is yours to keep.

What you offer, and your rate for each

How it works

A rate card is the one page you send when a brand asks what you charge: what you offer, your price for each, and the terms that come with it. Having one ready makes you quicker to answer and easier to book, and it keeps your prices the same from one brand to the next.

This generator lays out your card from what you type: your name, what you make, a line for each thing you offer with your rate, your terms and how to reach you. If you want, it adds one line of context under your rates: what brands on Fluencify paid per 1,000 views, with the sample size and the month. Your rates are always your own.

Which data it uses

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to Fluencify; we only count that the tool was used.

The context line, if you keep it, comes from Fluencify's published pay data: the most specific range published for your niche and country, or the one for all campaigns, and the card says which. You can leave it off.

The PDF is made by your browser's own print dialog: choose Save as PDF as the printer. Nothing is uploaded.

The published ranges

Fluencify publishes what brands paid creators per 1,000 views once a month, as ranges with the sample size and the month beside every number, and only when at least 7 brands and 20 creators are behind a range. The first month is on its way.

Until it is published, this tool shows no range and says so, rather than a number from anywhere else. How the ranges are made is on the UGC rates page.

Step by step

  1. Add your name or handle, a line about what you make and where you post.
  2. Add each thing you offer with your rate, such as one video, a set of videos or raw footage. Add a line for each.
  3. Add your terms and how brands reach you, and choose whether to show the context line.
  4. Press Make my rate card, then Print or save as PDF, and choose Save as PDF as the printer.

Example

A tech creator in Sweden (a made-up creator)

What goes in

Your name
Alex Morgan (made up)
What you offer
one 30-second video, three videos, raw footage
Your rates
your own, in your currency
Your niche and country
Tech, Sweden
Context line
Show it, as context

What comes out

  • A one-page card: your name, what you make, where you post, your niche and your country.
  • Your rates: a line for each thing you offer, with your price, in your currency.
  • No context line yet. Fluencify publishes what brands paid creators per 1,000 views once a month, as ranges with the sample size and the month beside every number. The first month is on its way.

Questions

What should a UGC rate card include?

Your name, what you make and where, a line for each deliverable with your rate, what is included (revisions, turnaround, raw footage), how you price usage rights for ads, your payment terms and how to reach you. Keep it to one page.

How do I set my UGC rates?

Start from your time and costs, then check your rates against what brands paid. Fluencify publishes what brands paid per 1,000 views each month, as ranges with the sample size and month, and the UGC rate calculator shows the one for your platform and country.

Should I publish my rates or send them on request?

Both work. A card you send when a brand asks can change from brand to brand; a public one sets expectations for everyone who sees it. Either way, keep the rates on it current.

How do I save it as a PDF?

Press Print or save as PDF under your card, then choose Save as PDF as the printer. On a phone, use the print or share option and save the file.

Why would a card say what brands on Fluencify paid?

Only if you keep the context line. It shows a published range with its sample size and month, so a brand can see where your rates sit against it. You can leave it off, and your rates are always your own.
