Portfolio reviewer

Paste your bio or portfolio text. See what a brand notices first, what to fix, and a tighter bio built only from what you wrote.

This tool is in labs: it works, and we are still testing it. What it makes is yours to keep.

Text only. Leave out anything private, like your address or payment details.

How it works

Brands decide quickly whether a creator is worth a closer look, and a bio or portfolio page is usually the first thing they read. It has to say what you make, who it is for, where to see it and how to reach you.

This reviewer reads your text the way a brand looking for UGC creators would. It lists what already works, the fixes that matter most in the order to make them, what brands look for that is missing, and a rewritten bio that uses only the facts you gave it.

Which data it uses

Only what you type into the form. Your answers are sent to an open-weight language model run on Cloudflare Workers AI, with instructions Fluencify wrote for this tool. It uses no Fluencify campaign or pay data.

We do not keep what you type. So that a repeat request is quick, the result is cached for up to seven days under a fingerprint of your answers, and then it is gone. It never invents results, numbers or claims: where a fact is missing, it leaves a placeholder in square brackets for you to fill in.

There is no file upload: you paste the text itself. Beyond the seven-day cache described above, it is not stored. Leave out anything private, such as your address or payment details.

It does not score you or predict what you could earn. It only comments on what your text says, which is the part you control.

Step by step

  1. Copy the text of your bio, your portfolio page or your pitch, and paste it in.
  2. Add your niche, your main platform and your goal if you want the review to fit them.
  3. Press Review my portfolio. It takes a few seconds.
  4. Start with the first fix on the list, fill in the placeholders in the rewritten bio, then paste the new version in and review it again.

What comes out

  • Summary: friendly and easy to read, but a brand cannot tell what you make or where to see it.
  • Fix first: say what you make and for whom, for example short skincare routines for sensitive skin.
  • Missing: a link to example videos, and a business email instead of DMs.
  • Rewritten bio: I'm Maya. I make short skincare videos for [who they are for]. See my work at [your portfolio link]. For collabs, email [your business email].

Questions

What does the portfolio reviewer look at?

Only the text you paste: what you make, who it is for, your platforms, the work you point to and how a brand can reach you. It cannot see your videos or your account, so it never judges them.

Does it tell me what I could earn?

No. It never scores your account or predicts rates, views or deals. It comments on how clearly your text presents your work.

Is the rewritten bio ready to use?

Treat it as a draft. It only uses facts from your text and leaves placeholders in square brackets where one is missing, so fill those in and make it sound like you.

What should a UGC portfolio include?

A line on what you make and for whom, a few short videos that show products the way an ad would, the platforms you film for, and a business email. The review points out whichever of these your text is missing.

Where can I show my work to brands?
