How it works
Most brand deals are settled in a few messages, and the same few situations come up again and again: an offer below your rate, a question about what you charge, usage rights asked for free, product instead of a fee, more videos for the same money. A short, friendly reply that names your rate and offers a way forward usually gets a better answer than silence or a flat no.
These templates cover those five situations, two replies each: one that holds your rate and one that offers another way to meet. The tool fills in your rate, their offer and what they asked for, in your currency. Where it helps, a reply can quote what brands on Fluencify paid per 1,000 views, with the sample size and the month, so the brand can see your number has a basis.
Which data it uses
The templates are Fluencify's own and are filled in in your browser. Nothing you type is sent, unless you choose to adapt the wording with AI.
The ranges are Fluencify's published pay data, the same numbers as the UGC rates page: what campaigns on Fluencify paid creators per 1,000 views each month, as the 25th percentile, the median and the 75th percentile, with the number of brands, campaigns and creators behind every range. A range is published only when at least 7 brands and 20 creators are behind it and no single brand runs more than a third of its campaigns, so no brand is ever named or can be picked out.
If you choose Adapt the wording with AI, what the brand said, the brand's name, what they asked for, the channel, the tone and your note are sent to an open-weight language model run on Cloudflare Workers AI, with instructions Fluencify wrote. Your amounts are never sent: the model writes placeholders, and this page fills in your numbers afterwards. We do not keep what you type. So that a repeat request is quick, the result is cached for up to seven days under a fingerprint of your answers, and then it is gone. It never invents results, numbers or claims: where a fact is missing, it leaves a placeholder in square brackets for you to fill in.
The published ranges
Fluencify publishes what brands paid creators per 1,000 views once a month, as ranges with the sample size and the month beside every number, and only when at least 7 brands and 20 creators are behind a range. The first month is on its way.
Until it is published, this tool shows no range and says so, rather than a number from anywhere else. How the ranges are made is on the UGC rates page.
Step by step
- Pick what the brand said, and add what they asked for and the brand's name.
- Add your rate and their offer, in your currency, if you want them in the replies.
- Choose Email or DM, a tone, and whether to quote the published range.
- Press Write my replies. Fill in anything still in square brackets, read it through, and send it from your own account.
